Sarp Kurtoglu

Research Assistant

Sarp Dora Kurtoglu completed his BS in Bioengineering at UC Berkeley, with emphasis on computational biology and tissue engineering. He conducted undergraduate research in the Huang Lab at UCSF, studying cardiovascular regeneration mechanisms. In the Theodoris Lab, Sarp is interested in utilizing stem cell models for therapeutic discovery for cardiovascular diseases inspired by machine learning and network biology. Outside the lab, Sarp enjoys traveling, photography, and soccer.
